Fitness Friday 2013!

Hello my fellow Sparklers! Today was day one of my fitness comeback. I accomplished small goals of doing 10 minutes on each machine at the Chattanooga Heart Institute! Now, allow me to clarify.....I began on the Treadmill for 10 minutes at 2.1 mph, no incline, since it's my first day back, the Stationary, Recumbent bike for 10 minutes, level 3, at 11.1 mph, still starting off slow as advised by one of the Trainers, the Nu Step, level 4, for 10 minutes, at 1001 steps, using both arms & legs, & finally the Cycling bike for 10 minutes, at 36 rpm. My legs are burning, day one was a hoot! I accomplished my goal for today, & that's Day #1 at the Gym! emoticon
My eating habits on the other hand, needs a little work....HELP? emoticon emoticonAlthough, I have been drinking a lot of water! emoticon

    No help on the eating habits, I can't seem to get mine under control! Your workout plan is great. Baby steps at first and work up to more as your body tolerates it!
