Ha! I am a retired teacher.

If I am short on time for a meal...to make sure it is as healthy as can be

I use the fitness more than the nutrition, I need to get back to using them both faithfully

Married for almost 43 yrs.

This is my 2nd Spark name. It reflects my ultimate goal to be lean and fit and of course I live in Arizona

about 72 oz. in the winter and much more in the summer

I aim for at least 5/day

minimun: 3x for 45 min. = 135. I've been in a slump and need to amp up the min.
