OK. I am going to post my seven-day nutrition report (first time!) 11 January 2013
Calories: met range 4 times, under range 3 times
Fat: met range 5 times, under range 1 time, over range 1 time
Protein: met 3 times, under 4 times
Carbohydrates: met 4 times, under 3 times
However, I was within the range on EVERYTHING on a weekly basis. Ever so barely on protein. WHEW!
