This morning I went to a foot doctor because I have a heel spur and my foot hurts sometimes esp. after a workout and standing on hard floors for too long. The doctor wrapped my foot and told me no exercise for 4 days except maybe a bike if not too strenuous. Then I am suppose to ease back into it. That throws the P90X goals out for the next week or 2. Bummer! Well, I am still trying to stay in my ranges here on sparkpeople and track food and not get too down about it all. I am sick on top of it, so I guess for now my body needs to rest. Wishing it didn't and I could keep doing the P90X program. I was on day 10 so I think I will pick up with Day 11 when the time comes. I am feeling discouraged, but not beaten! I will return with determination to keep bringing it!
