I made it to 72 grams of protein today!

BREAKFAST:
~ Oat bran with added egg whites, pumpkin, banana, and blueberries


~ I have a huge aloe plant in my yard. Aloe is very good for digestion and liver detoxification. I added about 4 tbsp to some water and drank it down. No- it doesn't taste good but I definitely needed it today!


LUNCH:
~ Chobani yogurt with a rice cake and a slice of Ezekiel bread


SNACK:
~ My beloved pineapple!


DINNER:
I had high anxiety on my way to the Mexican restaurant! My typical binge starts with chips, salsa, and margaritas! But tonight I did very well with this fresh, tasty dish!
~ Fresh fish ceviche (I did not eat the tortilla chips)
