I finally got a walk in today. Put some new songs on my mp3 player, and went out this afternoon. It was sleeting when I went out. Yestarday I went over my calorie range, but got most of my other goals done. I've been watching way too much television lately. Theres a new station on that plays all the oldies, and I'm hooked on it. I've started to do some of my goals while I'm watching it though so I'm actively watching tv. I also have watched tv on my computer getting caught up on the Biggest Looser. I love the fact that Jillian is back. I'm also interested in seeing how the kids will do. I love to see the transformations of the contestents.
My goals for Saturday are:
15 minutes of writing
15 minutes of reading
15 minutes of housework
10 minutes of strength training
30 minutes of cardio
staying within my calorie range of 1230 to 1580 caloires
spending at least 30 minutes on Spark people tracking my food and exercise.
