i updated my page so i wont repeat myself here--im going to try to use these blogs as a food journal.

Banana with Almond butter
cheese stick
small piece of home made pizza
home made baked spinach chips

for dinner im having the last piece of pizza
and fudge pop

current weight: 159 lbs
goal weight: 130 lbs by 11.14.13
