OK so ive only been dieting four days (I said i've got a short attention!) but I just feeling really down and i know its only because its that time of the month, but everything aches and my stomach looks like its doubled in size over the last few days :'( i know its not permanent but ick ive tried so hard these last few days.
This is going to sound lame but the last time i dieted I had a really supportive boyfriend who used to hug me and talk and we'd go for walks etc and take my mind off food and being hungry, and it makes me feel lonely now that I dont have that support. I know i can do it on my own, its just harder :( :(
