And I only did the first 30 minutes of his Tae Bo Bootcamp DVD (the first workout). I don't have his special rubber band thingies, but it didn't matter--I did 3 lb weights for a couple of the exercises and nearly died.
That's what I get for skipping out on exercising for so long! Tomorrow: Jillian Michael's Kickboxing!
(my kicks suck big time: no flexibility in my hip extensors. Damn)
