Back on Track thanks to all of you.

It was commented on that I haven’t blogged in a few days. I could run with the excuse of busy (as I have been). I could run with not enough time. Or the classic “didn’t have anything to say”. But those are all BS and every one of us knows it.

I meant to blog, don’t know why I didn’t. It does feel good to know that my blogs are missed! I have to admit I’m sitting a bit straighter after that.

Basically I want to thank all of you for such WONDERFUL comments on my last blog. You’ve really made me feel that I’m doing the right thing. And maybe I’m not so “weird”, or at least that there are others like me out there. So for that:

On the weight loss front, I’m back down to a healthy BMI (barely). I’m starting to get my eating back under control. I’ve been doing my lunch time walks all week and I’m scheduled to walk with EvilCherub tonight. So things are coming back around. I’ll be back on track (and back to Challenging myself and anyone who will listen) by Sunday. I’ve recalculated what I need to do to make my monthly goals for January and it isn’t outside of the realm of possibility. I just need to buckle down and work.

I can do that!
