Today i participated in a yoga class for the first time. Within the first 10 mins of class I was drenched in sweat. I seen plenty of yoga poses but actually doing them was a different story. In the beginning I was embarrased from my lack of experience in front of a class of pros but as the routine went on I felt more comfortable. Finishing the class was an accomplishment and my whole body and spirit felt replenished. The class taught me the benefits of a good stretch and how to exercise the mind.
