New Timer

Today i participated in a yoga class for the first time. Within the first 10 mins of class I was drenched in sweat. I seen plenty of yoga poses but actually doing them was a different story. In the beginning I was embarrased from my lack of experience in front of a class of pros but as the routine went on I felt more comfortable. Finishing the class was an accomplishment and my whole body and spirit felt replenished. The class taught me the benefits of a good stretch and how to exercise the mind.

    There is a sparkfriend I have thaat lost quite a bit of weight doing DDP yoga. (Diamond Dallas Page the wrestler. ) He has a huge following. I watched a guy who was said to not be able to walk without assistance and DDP helped him to run even. It is featured on YOUTUBE. It is very inspiring. Yoga is not wuss exercise. It will whip you.
