Had a good workout yesterday then went to a job interview. The hours were less than ideal though flexible. It simply wasn't a good fit for me. However I am glad that I took the interview. It has been a while since I have done a typical interview. I am lacking motiviation to workout today though in about 50 minutes I will for at least 10 minutes. I do well if I set a time for myself. I can psyche myself up to do the workout and tell myself it is only 20 minutes of my day. Plus tonight my DH and I are going bowling. I am grateful that we have an alley near by that isn't outrageously priced. Looking forward to lazy/quiet morning tomorrow and then a hike in the afternoon.

    all day at work i think i am going to the gym and it will be nice and I picture myself smiling and think what it will feel like whan i am done exercising if we keep pysching ourselves up we will feel fantastic when were done
