Better than I thought

I never changed my Spark page since I joined because I wanted to be able to look back and see how I was doing compared to my original goals. I haven't paid very much attention to what I wrote because I was concentrating on my day to day tracking. So how am I doing?
Lose those flabby rolls - I can say that they are much improved! They are not completely gone but they are fewer and smaller, definitely.
Feel better in shorts and bathing suits - I don't know yet, I haven't tried any in quite a while. Hopefully this will be a yes around April. I am wearing stuff out of my "too small" closet.
Be stronger - Yes, I am stronger. I used to tire far more easily and would shy away from heavy lifting, walking very far or going up steps. Now I just do what needs to be done and don't think "I can't do that" anymore. I'm not Wonder Woman or anything, I can just do more normal stuff!
Walk, run or dance - Yes I can! I found myself jogging across streets on my walks without thinking about it. That did NOT happen before. I've started tap dancing and I can dance at least 45 minutes without worrying about being too tired. I can even do the hopping steps. And walking is no problem. I can almost keep up with Jeff and his long legs!
Cross my legs gracefully - I can cross them! It may not be super graceful but it is comfortable now! And bonus - my knees have bones. They don't even feel like my knees anymore!
My program is doable, I am with it 90% of the time so I'm not changing anything for now.
In addition, I did not expect to give up smoking. It wasn't in my plans. So this is above and beyond my original goals.
Also, I no longer have to stick with the easiest exercises on Coach Nicole's videos. I can do some of the more advanced moves now. I am very happy about that.
You can see I never set a weight goal. I still have no idea what I want to weigh. I have lost 20% of my weight so far, aiming for 10% increments. I plan to go for another 10% when the smoking is no longer a factor, then we will see.
SparkPeople has been a very good program for me and I plan to keep using it forever! I'd say that I had a very successful 2012!
I guess it's time to update and make some 2013 goals.
