My husband has been off work sick which meant I didn't have time to get on a computer. I am now sick. I decided Day 11 would have to be a rest day so I can get better. Rest from working out that is....still looking after the baby. hahaha
Workout was Fire 30 Class and Burn Circuit 2. OMG! I felt amazing after but did my muscles ever get worked!!! And I was please that I was able to do 15 lbs on my rows! Felt awesome...but man is Burn Circuit 2 full of rows!! Oh and my hamstrings and butt got worked with all the dead lifts and bowler lunges!
Day 10 was Extreme Intervals. Wow...great workout. I really like these workouts with the cardio intervals and the light weight intervals. I didn't get to complete the full 40 mins as my son woke up..but I got right to the cool down before he began crying so that was a plus! I just put him in the swing and did my own cool down so I could get changed before really holding on to him.
Day 11 - rest day as I was running a fever last night and my throat and sinuses are killing me. Advil Cold & sinus seems to be helping so I am going to attempt today's workout tomorrow.
