BFC Week 2 Results and this weeks challenge

I feel really disappointed with my results considering I thought I did really good as far as eating.

Not happy at all
Ok let's pout...and over it .now time to move on.
New plan for this week. Since I've been extremely dilligent about my water i'm changing my plan this week to no carbs past 3Pm and take my probiotics. Jorge says that you can really see an acceleration in weightloss because you are not spiking your insulin later in the day right before bed. He also suggest finishing all meals off before 7pm. So that means eat all carbs with Breakfast, Lunch and Snack and leave Dinner with Protein and Veggies.
I have so much confidence in this lifestyle. I will not let this one little week in my whole journey stop me from goal.
