I never noticed this before until just last night which is making me think my taste buds are changing with this whole diet thing. I realized the certain foods are tasting more salty now then before. Certain foods like some cheese, and pepperoni. And I'm like wth I use to love this but they taste like salt before. But it may be that I'm forcing myself to eat certain things like veggies without anything extra added to it. Don't get me wrong here I love peas and brussel sprouts and certain corns just the way they are with no added anything but water to cook them in. I just didn't realize how we can get use to high salted foods.
Just the taste of salt alone is enough to make me push food away and think how can anyone consume this much?
All in all its not a problem to me I've never been a huge fan of it
