Late blog for me today, it's been a crazy day so far. Work is busy, but I did get out for a walk during lunch. I am working really hard on this week's Weight Watchers routine, which is to have a fruit or veggie with every meal and snack. So far so good yesterday and today. I'm pretty stressed today, and it's work related, so I shouldn't be too hungry or have the munchies. Work stress doesn't make me eat, it makes me not eat!

Goals for today:
~ 10,000 steps (already at 11k at 3:15 pm)
~ 80 oz water (need to get going on that one, I have only had 40 so far)
~ 15 flights of stairs
~ smile at least once an hour
~ one fruit or veggie with every meal and snack
~ journal every bite
~ limit myself to one glass of wine tonight (that's a 5 oz glass, not a 10 oz glass!)
~ focus on this lifestyle I have chosen for myself and don't sweat the small stuff
