I totally recognized that because I felt so tired I was more snacky. I was mindful and while it looks like I was really bad, I was conscious of what I was doing and made actual decisions and didn't let a craving dictate what I ate.

This is my Friday off, so I've been busy already today, and have more stuff going on later. I'll be back tomorrow! Spark On!

Wow you probably felt "snacky" because you needed energy. So you craved sugar and salt.

We all need snacks occasionally. Good that yours was mindfull. I just saw the BLC team announcements and you are a cougar. I hope it's a good team. Have a great weekend. I'm hoping for a little snow.

I don't think it looks bad...and mindful always beats out "mindless"...

and originally I mis-read the blog title as "short and sweat" lol ;)

There's a big difference between being mindful about the snacks you're eating and eating mindlessly (I'm so guilty of falling into that when I'm tired or feeling 'off' for some reason!). I'd say that was a pretty decent day; an occasional higher calorie day can actually be a good thing so your body doesn't think you're starving it. Have a great day off and a wonderful weekend! I'm already looking at hotels for Portland RnR . . . looking forward to it and to seeing you!
