Wow, I had no idea that these two would go so good together. I realize that this isn't going to be for everyone. You have to play around and find foods that work for you.
I could be spending my time thinking about all the fattening foods I love and crave OR I could shift my thinking to healthy low cal, easy to prepare stuff that I truly like. It's called "LIFESTYLE CHANGE" folks.
Oh, I still eat the fattening stuff every now and then.
