Alright, it's a bit of a late start today. But late is better than never, or so they say. Here's what I have planned for the rest of my day, in no particular order. Oh and excuse the somewhat trivial nature of some of these tasks, it's more of a document to keep me on track than anything too grand or exciting.
*Tidy up the bedroom
*Thaw salmon for dinner (making seared salmon fillets with lemon parsley sauce and cauliflower mash)
*Charge the cell phone (gonna need it for my next order of business!)
*Cardio 45 minutes/Strength training workout 30 minutes
*Stop at the liquor store for a bottle of white wine (to go with the salmon!)
*Organize important papers in the new binder and also sort through recipes for new and improved recipe binder 2.0 (much better than the old recipe clip-board)
*Cook dinner (should be a quick one)
*Select some photos of the fam to print and mail along with "Thank You" card to Grandma J.
*Relax, maybe go out for a little bit with the BF (since I picked up a shift at work tomorrow night)
