Week 2,day 2 jan fitness challenge complete, I have been a bit slacking on the cardio but have my schedule set for the next week. no excuses!
I am a bit melancholy today because the loss of my great aunt, my family left for the states this morning and I am back to work Monday. It has been amazing spending so much time with the family and my wonderful children.
The plus side is now I can get back on something that resembles a schedule. I am especially excited about the Biggest Loser Challenge at work. They have some fantastic programs for us!
Ready to get my cardio on!!!
