My streak is still going. I've been working a lot of hours so I haven't had much time to get online. Work is crazy busy still. I got called in yesterday (big city hospital, not the small town one) and they were holding patients in recovery room and ER until beds in-house opened up for them.
Nutrition: I've been sticking to my plan and I feel really good. I've been eating lots of veggies, and sticking to low-carb eating. Yesterday I took my meals to work even though I was rushed, two salads spinach/red bell pepper/cucumber/chicken chunks. Very yummy! I take two meals since I show up at lunch, and work through dinner. It was a ten hour shift yesterday.
Exercise: I've kept up with my 10 min of exercise per day. Yesterday, that was all I had time for. It was an off day for UFC trainer, so I hopped on the elliptical. Mon, Tues, and Wed I did around 20 minutes with UFC trainer. I like that I have a "trainer" telling me what to do. I also know I'm working my muscles in different ways than usual. My co-workers chuckle as a limp around the pharmacy. I get stuck sitting at my job for long periods, then get up, forgetting that I have sore muscles. But the sore muscles remind me that I'm making changes. I feel good overall with what I'm eating and with my workouts.
