I didn't want to exercise today. I wanted to crawl back in bed. I told a friend, "A workout will either perk me up or give me an excuse for a nap before work." 70 sweaty minutes later, I was bushed but feeling virtuous.
Nothing succeeds like success - I have been having lots of "good days" and even the bad ones aren't as bad as before -- the idea of backtracking on my progress is too daunting.
NSV not for the squeamish - Like a lot of other women who have had children, I have a slightly prolapsed bladder so I leak a little when I cough, sneeze, laugh or even yell. Getting in shape has improved that condition a TON. I am no longer terrified of bouncing around when I'm exercising, though I do still modify a lot of those moves.
Now on to that nap....
