Day # 306: I am learning how to maintain! YES! Flash Mob photos My #1 &2!

Hi! Everyone! Looks like everyone is doing really GREAT! Good for YOU! & thanks for all your support!

I'm down only (point) .2 pounds, this week. I'm THRILLED! I've been at the same weight for several weeks! Now I'm 5 pounds to high goal. Looks like that will be my 'real' weight. I don't want to go down so much, I look gaunt. AND that makes me a size Med. or 12, I like me that way! I'm 5'9" so I think that will be perfect. If I change my mind later, I will make adjustments. I would like to be able to eat 2,000 cals. of high nutrition foods, a day, but 1550 seems to be where I maintain. I will be 'toning' forever! I've also added weights this week, thanks to Coach Nicole, Jump Start program & now even my ZUMBA classes are adding them too! I'm starting with 5# weights... not sure if that is right or not, but seems OK. (I just did a Nicole workout & YES! 5# is too much!) I dropped them to 4#)
Again, I love Spark People! It has helped me change my life! YES!!!!!
