Well I know I'm posting this a day late but yesterday was just a really long day and my fiance's birthday. I was barely able to track my food and didn't even track my mini workout. I didn't do much for a workout yesterday. I got up and did 25 sit ups and 10 push ups. Then I boiled some eggs and ate a couple pieces of white toast lightly buttered. So then i went to the grocery store for my parents. Then I came home and starting prepping food for his Birthday dinner. By this time it was already 1. So I made Sweetened and Unsweetened Tea. Baked the cake. Prepped the Baked Potatoes. and put a homemade rub on the steaks. Then I had a few minutes of down time. And started cooking fudge shortly after. Then I got started on dinner. So the only thing I ate was a Piece of the New York Steak that I barbequed, one tiny piece of cake and fudge. Then we went out with friends and didn't get home until 2. So no real workout for me yesterday but I'm going to make up for it today.
