Well, I have been new here since 1/6 and while doing my tracing I went over my calories 2 days but I didgreat the other two days andam doing well-today. I tried sensa and different pills that dr,oz suggest(racheal raye went down 4 sizes and lost 70 pounds)-I gained weight! I just can't win so now I am trying this. well my weigh in for week 1 isnt till Monday but I had to sneak on the scale today to see how I was doing---i GAINED A FREAKIN 6 POUNDS i NOW STAND AT 236.I just cant believe it i am doing the water and trying so hard I might as well make my weight tracker backwards so i can gain each week.I am so emotionally drained today I just dont care anymore,I am suppose to be fat thats all there is too it.

I want you to know that I care, 1st and foremost, 2nd I will stand with you and cheer you on your journey. I know that is your desire and with all of the Spark People's help and your Spark Friend's it will happen. We all have ups and downs, sometimes it seems there are more downs then ups when we are first starting out. The good news, as we stick with our plan, eating healthy, tracking our food, getting enough rest and sleep, exercise we will see the results. It takes time, sometimes we get discouraged when the scale won't budge or goes up, especially when we are doing all the right things. Be encouraged my friend, in due time you will see the results providing you stick with the plan with taking 1 day and 1 step at a time.
Something to keep in mind: the scale does go up and down from day to day, there are a lot of factors in play here, sometimes our body retains more fluid some more days then others, I know, I have a problem with fluid retention, I can be up by 5/6 pounds in 1 day all because of fluid retention, but within a couple of days I can be down and level out at my optimal weight. Perhaps this is something that is happening with you?
I encourage you to keep tracking, follow the plan that Spark People will help you with, based on your Body Composition, frame, current weight, they will create a plan that is personalized for you. Once this is in place, I encourage you to go to your My Fitness page, there, Spark People will map out the best exercise routine that is especially good for you, they take into consideration how active you are at present, any medical issues, as you share your plans/goals you want for yourself they will map out a routine that is best for you alone.
Next I encourage you to take advantage of all that Spark People has, join Teams that interest you, read other SP blogs, read the daily articles that are posted, they are encouraging and build our self-esteem...
Remember, we are all different, we are made in God's Image, we are God's Design, He loves you and has a perfect plan for you. He cares and will stand with you carrying you through this journey. God loves you the way you are now, His Love does not change from day to day, whether we are skinny or heavy, His Love remains, He will never leave you nor forsake you, He is as close to you as His Lovely Name.
I agree with what your friend said, seize all the resources that SP has for you, read all the Testimonials that others have shared here, they are so encouraging, it will both build your self-esteem and encourage & help you to press forward knowing, if others can do it, so CAN I.
The bottom line is I stand with you cheering you on your journey.

I know how you feel. I've been disappointed several times with my attempts to lose weight. No, there is no such thing written somewhere that you are supposed to be fat, thin, pretty, ugly, or any of that.
Think of this as going to school. First kindergarten, then elementary, then ... you get the picture. You are learning about your body and what works for you. It will be hit or miss for a while. But Never give up on yourself. You are just too precious.
Seize all of the resources they offer here. Support is awesome. Watch other people's testimonials and how they, too, struggled with their weight. I know you can do it. Do you believe that?
