Today I feel like it is a rest day for exercise. I have pushed quite hard this week and my total weight loss is 5 pounds. Maybe at 4:30 I will dig deep inside and just go and do it. I have to admit some caffeine might help me. We shall see.
I think I am tired because I got a call at 4 in the morning it woke me up out of sleep and when I went back to sleep it wasnt as restful.
What do you do when you have a day where you dont particularly want to exercise? Do you plan a reward for yourself? Do you just do it? Please wanting to hear your response will be on line for a while.
Today I made a soup from canned pumpkin, some veg broth, a little milk, cumin, cracked black pepper and mixed vegetables. I havent really cooked with cumin to taste didnt even know how it would taste. I am proud to say that I enjoyed it very much. It also was filling. (But in order for it to taste good you have to let the pumpkin cook over heat for some time) Someone gave me the pumpkin free, so I actually spent very little on the meal. It made more than enough for a couple of meals.
