Even though I still have stressful situations surrounding me right now, I do feel a lot better knowing that I am putting in some effort to get healthy. I may not be 100% everyday, but at least I'm trying and eventually EVERYTHING will fall into place. That will just take time... slow and steady wins the race.
Friday is my weigh in day, but I'm choosing to skip this weigh in because I don't want the number on the scale to mess up my progress. I have been doing really well tracking food, drinking water, and adding in some walking... and I just don't want to get discouraged. I'm afraid since I only started this in the middle of the week that there won't be that much change on the scale and I'll be back to square one again. Next week I'll weigh for sure!
