Inactive day

Yesterday was hectic. Preparing for our Christmas celebration at the last minute. I also forgot we had a kids' group in the afternoon. Only 2 came, so I had them in the house as it would be much too cold in the room where we usually meet without the stove lit.
Yesterday was a cardio-free day, tho I clocked up lots of minutes on fitbit running around, and did my 10 flights of stairs and 5000 paces.
Today I don't think I shall achieve either. I did a Coach Nichole strength video this morning and a 40 min over 50s mixed video this afternoon, but it won't have had 30 mins cardio for Jumpstart workcamp, so today is the other cardio-free day the programme allows for this week. Tomorrow and Sunday I'll try to get up the mountain again. I'm aiming to get there 3 times a week, weather peermitting. I don't have suitable clothes for exercising outdoors in rain or snow and ice.
I shall stop now as I've spent about 2 hours on Spark today, and am trying to limit it, so it doesn't keep me from doing other things!
