My muscles are so sore! P90x kicked my butt yesterday like no other. Chest, Shoulders, & Triceps is full of push-ups. There are push-ups that I didn't even no exist and I have the weakest triceps ever so it was a rough workout.
Here's my new brace and my x-rays. My knee feels pretty good lately as long as I stick to walking in straight lines, and wear my knee brace when doing more than that things are going great.
Well me and my sore body are off to do the P90x Legs & Back workout, this should be fun :P
