Thursday, January 10, 2013– Day 4 Finished. Boy I am so exhausted. This is truly a tough regiment to continue; but I’m half way there and must remain motivated and focused to complete my challenge. I’m not sleeping well at night; this has always been an issue for me but it seems to be a somewhat worse of the past few days. I know it’s important to get rest on the fitness journey; but I’m suffering in that department.
On top of my goal to battle the bulge I work full time from 7:30 to 5:30 and I’m an online adjunct Professor by night; in addition to that I’m enrolled in a Doctoral Program to receive my degree in Theology; so as you can see; my plate is full. So to get on to business at hand
Morning bike ride - 35 Minutes – 12.47 miles - 912 Calories (HIIT)
Midday basketball – 30 minutes - 379 Calories
Total Calories burned: 1291
I did better than the day before; so I’m excited about that. Friday is normally a lazy day for me; so this will be interesting, got to burn those calories. I’m still searching for some good slow cooker/crockpot recipes, so if you have any suggestions please share.
