it pays to measure things. You're on a diet so if you don't measure you're definitely going to eat too much right?

Wrong. Just weighed and measured my lunch and checked some packaging. My "3 ounces" of chicken was 2.5, my "2 oz" of pasta was 1.5, my "8 ounces" of milk was 6, my ".5 serving" of dark chocolate was actually .25, and a serving of clementines is actually two clementines.
