I've Got The Weight Loss Blues

It’s looking like I won’t be reaching my goal for the week and I’m a bit bummed. I did however manage to lose 2 ounces which is good, but not what I was hoping for. Because I’m fighting an upper resp infection, I’ve been too ill or tired to do cardio. I’ve been eating very well, but I guess it’s not enough. Starving myself isn’t the answer, but if I’m not able to exercise I don’t know what else I can do but cut my caloric intake.
I’m frustrated and am feeling pretty lethargic.
Definitely going to do at least 15 mins on the treadmill and 15 mins of mild strength training tonight. I’m hoping that my body can handle it.
My ring size has gone down from the last time I checked (which was about 4 months ago or more), I think half a size. Always a great thing!
