Itís looking like I wonít be reaching my goal for the week and Iím a bit bummed. I did however manage to lose 2 ounces which is good, but not what I was hoping for. Because Iím fighting an upper resp infection, Iíve been too ill or tired to do cardio. Iíve been eating very well, but I guess itís not enough. Starving myself isnít the answer, but if Iím not able to exercise I donít know what else I can do but cut my caloric intake.
Iím frustrated and am feeling pretty lethargic.
Definitely going to do at least 15 mins on the treadmill and 15 mins of mild strength training tonight. Iím hoping that my body can handle it.
My ring size has gone down from the last time I checked (which was about 4 months ago or more), I think half a size. Always a great thing!
