Today has been, so far, a stress filled day at work. And when I get stressed, I crave foods. I won't even detail what I crave because it will make me crave it more. *laughing* So I am sitting here telling myself "Mmmmmmm, that tomato salad that you have waiting on you when you get home will be so yummy!!!"
Ironically, my boyfriend just texted me "I am starving. Think I will order a cheeseburger." GOTTA LOVE IT!
I will be registered for a run next month! My sister is going to run with me in Birmingham Alabama September 2nd. This is my motivation (besides the fact that my oldest is getting married the month later) to get my butt in gear.
I was sitting here earlier, before being distracted by the cheeseburger comment, thinking that weekends are normally when I "relax" and enjoy food and fun. I can still enjoy fun but am really watching the food. There was a time (just last week) when I would say "Oh to heck with it, I can do it tomorrow". My tomorrow is today and I can't slide. I will stay focused!
Last night I had baked vegetables (cabbage, yellow and orange peppers with yellow squash and zucchini). BF tried his first veggi burger (I happen to like the BOCO better) and I had mine without the bun but heavy on tomato.
Day 2 of my 181 day journey... sweet!
