Planning my healthy week end...

I am planning a healthy week end...
We are having one of my brothers over for dinner Sunday, he is always looking for good food but low calories so it can be fun to try new things on him.....

I also have been looking for new exercise routines to keep me interested in doing something me and different...BUT I have noticed that I am having some rotator cuff issues, boy the old ligament sure are snapping and I have some pain if I turn a certain way.....I have been looking for exercise to strengthen this area, any ideas or site would be appreciated...

I have been doing really well with what i call my nipples, I tend to nibble and taste and taste as I cook or prepare meals....So now I stay focused, I have a pep talk with myself before I get started.....positive self talk really seems to work for me....I also have been reminding myself after each meal if I did good or not...I have asked DH to tell me when I am slipping as I know I can do it with out realizing it.

My new mantra is...LOOK FORWARD, THERE IS SO MUCH TO SEE AND DO...

I sometimes forget how far I have come and I need to remind my self, so I am in the process of making a poster that says, MY NEW HABITS ARE....Then I have a list of the things I do , or should do or need to do.....
.1. I love myself no matter what the scale says.....
2. I drink 10 glasses of water each day....I like water
3. I exercise everyday, it makes me feel good, and healthy
4. I can eat anything I want as long as I watch my portions....
5. I never eat fast foods, never ever ever....
6. I help others , by encouragement and support....that helps me too.
7. I am strong and healthy and I like it that way.
8. I can do what ever I set my mind to do....
9. I eat healthy foods in moderation, freggies, are my best source of fuel...
10. I will never be perfect but I can be healthy and happy , it's always my choice..


A healthy life style doesn't happen over night, or in a week or a month or even a year....it is an on going process that we work on every day....It can be as easy as you like, you have the power to make chooses for you.....small changes can lead big changes....
