Fighting through the new year

The cookies, cakes, candy, sweets in general just won't leave my house. We got a whole but for xmas. Then New Years eve came around and I bought a few more. We ate most of it in two days. I gained only 2 lbs which isn't bad but I still hadn't really worked out for that whole week in between.

I am back to a solid 175. Working out all of a sudden feels like a chore. I was so motivated and I did so good. But now I almost want to give up. I'm not going to but I want to. I also feel like 45 minutes is too much for me again. I feel like a LOSER!

I was talking to my sister and she said that if I can't do the 45 minutes any more to cut back and start over. Some times we have to go back to the starting line.

So heres my starting line. I'm doing 20 minutes a day. My goal is to be about 157 by may. I am 175. I can do it! My goal is to do 45 minutes again starting next friday! Lets do it!
