Weighing in on weighing in, return of the motorcycles.

Friday, January 11, 2013

Ok, I tried posting the blog here and spark keeps censoring the content because I used the terrible S word and the F word in the post, its long, it includes my weigh in weight for the week as well as some pictures and is raw as I did not feel like writing a post this morning but Wify said "Just start typing" so its what I did.

If you are interested in checking it out you can vist my blogspot Here
because editing out everything was taking too long

if not, regular posting will resume tomorrow, I just did not feel like editing the whole post.

Hey big guy, you're right, you're the only one at the controls... you can moan and groan and complain all you want, as long as you continue forward on your return journey to a healthy lifestyle! You did it before, you know you can do in again!!!!!!!!!!!! emoticon emoticon emoticon

". . . No one can stop me but me...

As Ever
Me "

Some days a good "blue streak" of vocabulary is exactly what a guy needs : )

OK. Now. Even though no one can stop you but you, others can help you keep the momentum. A very good way for others to help you keep the momentum is to remind you to be good to yourself. Any man who can lose 200 lb is a hero in today's 'super-size' enviroment. Bring that hero back to the forefront of your journey. You've already accomplished something most guys here will never have to dream of facing, let alone accomplish. You'll be back riding and hiking sooner than you think.

Especially agree with your comment "two choices for me and my health"...and am reminded of the mantra I hold onto through tough times:

Being fat is hard
Losing weight is hard
Choose your hard

Spark ON! :-)

I can totally respect the raw version... and abso[bleep]ingloutly is going to be a new favorite word... even if I can't use it around my children. LOL
