Day 2 was a little better than Day 1 for me, from an activity standpoint. I got through 2 workouts on the DVD (Core Stretch and Sculpt 1), and ate pretty well. Got my water intake in.
I started the challenge actually up 2 lbs from my previous weigh in here-178.8. This morning I was down to 175.8 when I stepped on the scale. YAY!
I'm so glad I'm done with the first 3 days fiber drink. It actually tastes pretty good, but its sorta like drinking wet sawdust. I have a 4 day break before I do that 3 more days.
All in all its pretty easy to follow, and I liked the workouts we did yesterday. Today is Core Stretch workout again. I'm doing some cleaning out today too, so that should hopefully increase my steps for the day. I've been only halfway to my daily goal for several days now, so i need to really step that up.
Ok. Break time is over. Back to folding laundry I go!
