5K Training ~ Day 48

Today I did some cardio at the gym the elliptical for 40 minutes and about 2 miles I would have done an hour if I could have gotten there a little earlier. Then I did my strength training and I stretched. Once I got home I took my beautiful dog for his walk that took about 20 minutes and is a little over a mile.

Not a bad start to my day!
