Ghost Adventures is on Hulu. Also some of the older Ghost Hunters International is on Netflix. I do not have cable or dish anymore at all. (Broke) But you can find some "Ghosty" shows on Hulu and Netflix. I WISH GH is on Hulu...

Luckily... The Internet exists... And before someone reports me for PIRACY ... I'm just gonna say that iTunes usually posts the episode the next day.. It's how I watch American Horror Story.. I hate cable companies.. Why pay for 99% of unwanted crap...

This is absolutely no lie. Is it just me, or does it seem that companies in general are really crossing a lot of lines in order to make more profits, anymore? I mean, I know people have always been greedy, but this day and age, it seems like companies are almost getting obsessively so. They are either cutting hours to avoid having to pay benefits to employees, making portions/packages much smaller but raising the prices disproportionately, hiring temp workers to replace full time work forces.....I mean, where is it going to end, ya know? And it's you and I who are always the losers. I've about had it with cable/satellite, etc.....we have the satellite TV because we live out far enough that regular cable is not available, and frankly, I'm seriously considering abandoning it altogether and doing what Dibanana has done. I know something has just gotta give......

Hubby, bless his heart, bought me a flat screen TV for Christmas. Since we don't have cable, for some reason we now get two fewer channels off the antenna than we did before. We figured it out and we'd have to buy the 180 channel package to get to watch about 23 channels we really want. And we'd only watch them sometimes.

We are looking into going back to the old antenna again and make use of Hulu+ and Netflix...Need to do something with our landline though cause the hubby does not want to get rid of it!

Anyone ever use Magic Jack? If so any feed back would be helpful

Yep. We got rid of cable and do Hulu and Netflix and save money. We also seem to see more of the shows we like. If we can't find the series we buy them. It's cheaper than cable!

I know. Now they sell "bundles" so you get 99 channels you could care less about just to see the one channel you want.
