This year my focus needs to be EXERCISE
I need to learn to see EXERCISE as an
enjoyable daily routine vs something I've got to do.
I know I can talk myself into things (or I can talk myself out of things)
and it's all about ATTITUDE.
but everything I read about the Body/Mind connection
and learning new tasks, says that the more you repeat an action and
associate the task with positive experiences and positive rewards
the stronger that Brain connection becomes.
That's where choices come in. I love ZUMBA, and anything with Dance.
I like the SparkPeople 28 Day Bootcamp with Coach Nicole
(I use this DVD to burn the calories faster)
I like the SparkPeople Total Body Sculpting with Coach Nicole DVD
(I use this DVD to strength train with my 5 Lb dumbbells)
and I like walking (in fall and spring).
I'm working on Rewiring my BRAIN and my ATTITUDE.
I'm looking forward to the day I experience that rush of endorphins
I've heard people talk about when they are really into their workout
Sorry... I'm trying to keep an open mind
but there are some things that just ain't gonna happen.
I'll settle for a lot more energy, a little less jiggle,
and looking considerably better in my clothes.
