I Missed It By That Much!

Fitbit sends weekly progress reports. I was so close to making my 70k step goal! 69,053! Maybe next week.

I have a few more friends on the Fitbit site. I need to ask them how much time they commit daily to fitness. I struggle to get to 70k, but there are others cranking out 150k/week! I'm sure that must be equivalent to a part time job. Or maybe they have an active job. I wish mine didn't require being at a desk.

Anywhoo..another busy work day today. I worked late last night and wound up skipping Zumba. There goes the perfect attendance streak! That's okay. Consistency, not perfection, that's how we roll here!

    I was shooting for 70k this past week as well and didn't even come close! And I REALLY tried! You did much better than me, so I should be asking YOU how you are doing it. You are doing great work here, so no negativity girl friend!

    even though you did not hit your goal you were still really close. keep working and you should get it done by next week.

    next week for sure I aim for 8600 step a day and 10000 on the days that i don't exercise I wear a HRM when I spend my 45 to an hour exercising the fit bit is just to help keep me more active during the day sometime I need to take a quick walk at night when I'm done work but I'm worth it and this winter hasn't been that cold yet. you can do it keep pushing

    I'm currently shooting for 100,000 steps per week but, that's becasue I want to be able to eat when I want and still lose 2 pounds a week....I do have an active job but, I'm part time so my steps are only from work 3 days a week...the rest of the week I have to push myself to get 10,00 each day...when It starts getting nice outside (spring) I'm sure my steps will go up.
