It is day Seven of tracking what i am eating and drinking, and my workouts and I am doing pretty good. Haven't had dr now for a week. The only sugary drinks i have had are orange juice because i was feeling like my sugar may be low due to feeling weak, lightheaded and sick at my stomach. Last night i had a cup of hot tea with sugar because i was really cold but I have logged it all. Trying to use all the resources I can through Sparkpeople so that I can succeed. I don't always get up with the best attitude but I do get up with good intentions and with the help of Sparkpeople I can make it through each day.
