I am very frustrated with myself for the past 2 wks. I'm a very strong willed person who when her mind is set sticks with it, so to see myself giving in to cravings that I don't really need and not wanting to get up with my alarm to do my work I get frustrated. I've got to kick it into gear starting today!!! I'm made goals and plans to be healthier and fit for myself, to be an example to my kids & family/friends, as well as a promise to lots of charities to fund raise & compete with. So today I've wiped my drawer at work clean with the right snacks, I brought the right items for my lunch, my fav water bottle, vitamins, and I've got my work out clothes & mp3 player ready to kick it!!! So frustration & temptation eat the gravel I'm kicking up as I run!!!!!!
