In case you didn't get the memo, I'm not trying to gain weight anymore!!!!
So... I started exercising about 2 weeks ago. In the first 3 days I gained 5 lbs. Ok, water... please drop off me. I was back down to my original weight a few days later. Now I'm back up 6 lbs. I don't get it? I know, I know.. water weight... but when the heck is this going to stop? I see visual fat loss, but my pants are fitting tighter. ARRRRGGGHHH!!! Can somebody clue me in? I've never had this reaction when starting new exercise. I don't want to say it makes me want to give up - it doesn't - but it sure doesn't motivate me much..
