Yesterday, I got my lunch time walk in and I felt like we did it pretty fast. It's always better when the walking buddy goes along. So that goal was easy to hit and fun to boot.
Now the Calories - I suspect that there will be a memorial for the family of the cutting calories goal as it was murdered yesterday at dinner time. Arrangements to be announced.
Cut calories 300/day - disaster. Not sure why I was so hungry or why I let it get control but this goal was slaughtered.
Walk 30 min/day - woohoo for walking buddies!
Cardio 30 min/day - I did some other chores that needed done, but I can't count it as cardio. Sigh.
I hate it when I pick up a shovel instead of a fork. I'm suppose to be breaking that bad habit!
Ok, now... let's focus on today's goals. Onward and upward... well, downward as the case may be. (calories)
