It's Friday. It's been a good week. Finally quit smoking completely starting on Tuesday and haven't smoked since. There has been times when I forget that I'm a non smoker and find myself reaching for the pack but have done good. Started to get a little exercise this week, boy my body doesn't know what's going on. When I weighed in Monday, the scale was 5 pounds down, but now it's been bouncing around up and down. I just have to remember to not get discouraged if the scale isn't telling me what I want to hear.
