It's Friday. It's been a good week. Finally quit smoking completely starting on Tuesday and haven't smoked since. There has been times when I forget that I'm a non smoker and find myself reaching for the pack but have done good. Started to get a little exercise this week, boy my body doesn't know what's going on. When I weighed in Monday, the scale was 5 pounds down, but now it's been bouncing around up and down. I just have to remember to not get discouraged if the scale isn't telling me what I want to hear.

    That's right - don't be a slave to the scale. You have made MAJOR changes and it will take some time to modulate but we all go up and down but that's not our true success. You are doing great things for your body and health so just keep them going and you will see your results. Congrats on giving up smoking!!!!
