I did NOT do well yesterday I went over my calories for the day. I'm still poor planning and back fire all the time.
The must up setting thing is I know what I'm doing wrong and I can't find myself to correct it.
I emoticon thou until I get back to my loosing and getting fit frame of mind.
I won't give up.

    I don't think my goals have been to high to achieved and at my age I have the patience to wait for slow weight loss, I realized the longer I have been heavy the longer is going to take to get the weight off in a healthy way.....I'm not in for the looks...I'm in for the health (however feels good when people tells me how good I look).
I look at it as you say "Life Style Change" and I thought I had all together but I have been through a lot of changes in my life since September and it has taken a toll in my head. My resolution this year was to break down my goals to smaller chunks to get me motivated again and keep the path. After the Holidays it has been hard to go back to my bubbly self and my fitness plans.
But I'm working on it and with the help of all you wonderful people I will get back on track soon....the daily blogs have prevent me from being bad.
It comes to show that sometimes the changes in ones life can throw you in the deep bend.

    A question for you: Are you setting to high of goals for yourself. Are you trying to be to perfect and getting disappointed when you can't meet those standards you set for yourself. Remember this is a life style change. It requires us to take time to create that plan of action and how you can live with the changes you want to make.
