I'm back, again, lol.
I've been out of the gym and into ice cream for the past year. Put on another 20 pounds. Now 198 pounds. My highest yet. So I know what to do and think I'm very motivated. My goal is; lose a pound a week, Go to curves three times a week, Start doing the Wii and log in my food daily. If I do these I am back on the right road
I will be following my plan which has helped me lose 80 pounds over the years. Its really just eating healthy and going to the gym! So I know how to lose the pounds.It's keeping the pounds off!
When I am at my goal weight I go bad to the bad habbits, eating cookies, chocolat and icecream instead of meals! So the challenge is Do not quit moving and keep eating healthy, for the rest of my life!
