This is the part where I reveal my crazy dieting scheme to lose as much weight as possible in 7 weeks. Except.....I know there is no quick cure. I am working on getting at least 30 minutes of exercise 5 days a week. I am working on tracking my food intake. I am keeping my lips kissing my water bottle. Whatever I lose before Disney will be great but I am more concerned with getting my body more fit to endure all the walking at the parks. The weather is supposed to be crazy nice here this weekend (for January in Pittsburgh) and I plan on taking the girls door-to-door cookie selling(Girl Scouts y'all) and taking Toto for a walk. Today I rode the exercise bike for 20 minutes and I will score the rest of my minutes later.
Oh so I got this clear rounded bowl thing from the $1 store in a bag of small smooth blue stones. I am putting in a stone every time I lose a pound. So far there are 6 stones in the bottom. I cannot wait until the day when that thing is full to the brim. It will happen. I know it.
